| Description: | From 44th annual Blueberry Arts Festival Website: Festivities kick off Friday, August 2, 2019 with the Pet and Doll Parade on Main Street (the cutest 5 minutes in the history of parades!), followed by the Best Blueberry Dish Contest and the Opening Reception for the Blueberry Arts Festival Art Exhibit at the Main Street Gallery. Celebrate the diversity of community dance at the Gigglefeet Dance Festival on Friday at the Kayhi Auditorium.
Saturday, August 3, 2019 features over 150 art and craft booths with one-of-a kind finds, food booths, the Slug Race & Weigh-In, Pie Eating Contest, Main Stage Extravaganza, Beard & Mustache Contest, Community Art, the Fun Run ....... and MORE!
The Festival wraps up Sunday August 4, 2019 with the 5th annual Handmade Human-Powered Blueberry Boat Race and the 28th Annual Richard Brautigan, Dick Whittaker, Lillian Ference Memorial Trout Fishing in America Poetry Slam, plus your last chance to see the Gigglefeet Dance Festival Sunday evening.
